Patricia's Tea Ceremonies |
The ritual of the
Chinese Tea Ceremony gently cradled my stream of consciousness, and
took me away from concerns of my hectic schedule to a new place,
where I was actually experiencing the present moment through all my
senses. ~ Margaret, RN and mother

I attended a Chinese Tea Ceremony for the first time a few weeks
ago. I found it very calming and I left feeling warm & peaceful.
I enjoyed it so much that I have invited Pat to come to my home for
a tea ceremony with family and friends. ~ Roberta D., Reiki
Practitioner, spiritual director

I found the tea
ceremony very peaceful. It was an opportunity to let go of the
stress of our modern world and experience a meditative way of being
from another culture with others. I will be hosting one at my home
with Pat, offering it as a gift for friends. ~ Carol Weigert,
Mental Health Counselor

Pat’s tea ceremony is sacred, relaxing, and fun. As she presided
over the ceremony, I surrendered to her total service to her guests,
and felt nurtured, focused, and at one with everyone in the circle.
The teas and sweets were superb. Truly a
pleasure. ~ Linda Krause, Contributing Editor, Aromatic

Patricia Warren's tea
ceremony is a treat to partake in. It will be an experience like
few others that allow you to switch off your mind and turn on your
senses. Many experiences never achieve that point where your mind
is switched off. Patricia invites you to be consumed by the sensory
qualities of this ceremony and she brings you half way there in the
first two minutes of the event, even before you sit down; I can't
tell you how or it would spoil your first encounter. I came away in
a very relaxed state, almost dreamy. Rare is it to enjoy the
company of strangers in such a soothing and unexpected
experience. I say unexpected because you are expected
to do NOTHING and think NOTHING in particular. You are invited to
let Patricia take you through the ceremony as participant without
any task at hand but to enjoy. Patricia shares
her knowledge of teas and the ceremony in a very jovial and
joyous way, interwoven with the ceremony itself.

I have gone to
several of Pat's Chinese Tea Ceremonies because, each time, I find
that I am renewed or moved by something special and different. They
are my favorite way to treat myself or to celebrate a special
occasion. ~S.
